All Saints Episcopal Church provides inviting,Jeff and Joy's 25th Celebration-70 attractive space and enthusiastic hospitality for not for profits groups in the community to meet and socialize every day of the week. We’re thrilled to be the site for non-profit groups, 12-step programs, birthdays and weddings and we even host a Wellness Center as a ministry of our congregation. And let us not forget that first and foremost this is a house of worship. 

Located in the Broadmoor community next to Roosevelt Elementary School, All Saints Episcopal Church has become a popular, open and inviting place for a variety of not-for-profit organizations and individuals whose goals are in keeping with our ministry and mission. We support those who use our space through an online calendar and onsite publicity.

Please Note: All group using our space on an ongoing basis must be federally registered as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit with the IRS (a copy of your Letter of Determination is required). We cannot accommodate for-profit activities. If you will be charging people to attend your event or selling goods or services, we cannot accommodate your group unless it is registered as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit and such activities are consistent with your mission. 

Churches & Religious Organizations: Until a full policy is developed, any Christian church wishing to use our space must be a full communion partner with The Episcopal Church (link). Groups of other faiths will be considered on a case-by-case basis. All groups that use the space must sign a non-discrimination and anti-harassment agreement (see page 19 of the application). 

Every room in our facility is accessible to disabled persons, and all entrances and bathroom facilities are ADA compliant.

SanctuaryThe Sanctuary at All Saints is a Great Place for a Concert!

Our sanctuary, a beautiful example of Carpenter Gothic Architecture, seats up to 150 persons comfortably. This richly lit and airy worship space is also highly suitable for musical concerts, recitals, and shows, as well as large group assemblies, weddings and memorial services. Its excellent natural acoustics are enhanced by a built-in audio system.

Parish Hall

Our Parish Hall can accommodate up to 100 persons at a sit-down dinner and up to 150 persons for a reception. Large and small tables, chairs, a portable sound system and a Roland electric piano are available. This is truly a multi-use space, hosting meetings, parties, dance and exercise classes, wedding and anniversary celebrations, and more.

Kitchen


Directly adjacent to the Parish Hall is a fully equipped kitchen with 8-burner stove, dual ovens, grill and abundant cookware. The kitchen was recently remodeled in 2022.

The kitchen is used for everything from preparing food for a dinner or reception to preparing sandwiches to distribute to homeless persons through outreach programs.

Fireside Room

If your need is for a meeting place, or you would like to host a party, the Fireside Room may be the right venue for you. It features abundant light, vinyl floors, and a small kitchenette area with mini-fridge, a sink, and a microwave. This room can be setup with folding chairs and tables, which we have available. It is accessible from outdoors without entering other parts of the building.

This space is unavailable Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 6:00pm, but can be available evenings and weekends. The flags in the windows may not be removed for any reason.

Additional meeting space for a group of up to 10 persons is available in the Wicker Room, accessed from the parking lot entrance to the building.

Stage


A raised Stage Area at the side of the Parish Hall facilitates informal entertainment at your event, and this area is adjacent to the back of the sanctuary for use as an entry area for performance events in the Sanctuary.

Nave Circle

Other Spaces and Parking

Outside the main entrance is a large deck suitable for outdoor receptions and indoor/outdoor events. Our small parking lot includes space for one handicapped vehicle. Street parking is usually readily available, since we are in a residential neighborhood.
