On Easter Sunday, April 20, during Happy Hour (i.e. Coffee Hour) from 12:15-1:30pm we will have a Wellness Center Fair highlighting the many offerings of the All Saints Wellness Center with a chance to meet the practitioners and try out these different modalities. There will be short 10-15min demos of the following offerings in the Fireside Room:

12:15-12:30 – Dances for Universal Peace
12:30-12:45 – Sacred Circle Dance
12:45-1:00 – Kindfulness Meditation
1:00-1:15 – Tai Chi
1:15-1:30 – Yoga for EveryBody
