Letting Go with All Your Heart, Soul, Strength, and Mind

By following the Gospel readings through the season of Lent, this devotional offers a short meditation every day on the practice of “Letting Go”. And when we think of it, there are lots of things to “let go” of: unrealistic expectations of ourselves and others, the desire for everything to go back to the way it was, magical thinking about 1 thing that will solve our problems, and more. In this Lenten meditation guide, we will look at all the areas of our lives – Heart, Soul, Strength, and Mind and see where we need to “let go” in order for God to meet us. Amy Cook will lead a guided discussion each week following the Sunday Gospel and inviting participants into the practices of “letting go” that enhance their spiritual lives.
