Full details on both of these services follow:

  1. INDOOR/ZOOM-HYBRID SERVICE @ 8:30am
All Saints Episcopal Church, 911 Dowling Blvd., San Leandro, CA
  • The indoor service is for individuals who are fully vaccinated only. In accordance with CDC norms, people are considered fully vaccinated for COVID-19 at two weeks or later since they have received the second dose in a 2-dose series (Pfizer or Moderna) or at two weeks or later since they have received a single-dose vaccine (J&J).

  • According to the CDC, “At this time, there are limited data on vaccine protection in people who are immunocompromised. People with immunocompromising conditions, including those taking immunosuppressive medications (for instance drugs, such as mycophenolate and rituximab, to suppress rejection of transplanted organs or to treat rheumatologic conditions), should discuss the need for personal protective measures with their healthcare provider after vaccination.”

  • In order to RSVP, you will need to affirm that you are fully vaccinated. You can also opt to tune in to this 8:30am service via Zoom:

  • ZOOM INFO (no RSVP required for Zoom)
  • CHECK-IN
    • Please arrive between 8:00-8:15am to accommodate time for check-in. Access to the building will be available through the front door only, so please plan accordingly.
    • An RSVP is required, and attendance will be limited to 25 people. Please RSVP through our Google Form: https://forms.gle/Y6L3p7zrBWhv3EhM8. Due to limited capacity, we will confirm with you by email if your reservation has been accepted.
    • Upon arrival, a volunteer will check that you are on the RSVP list and will check off the names of you and all household members present. This is to assist local health officials in COVID-19 contact-tracing if it becomes necessary.
    • A mask must be worn by all attendees, even if you have been vaccinated. This is in alignment with diocesan policy. A mask must be worn at check-in to enter the church.
    • We will take contactless temperature of all your household members, and ask quick wellness screening questions. If someone is ill or has a temp over 100.4 they should go home and seek medical attention.
    • Once you’ve checked in, an usher will lead you to your seating.

  • SAFETY REQUIREMENTS
    • Practice physical distancing from members outside your household (minimum of 6 feet between individuals and/or household groups).
    • Wear face coverings at all times, covering mouth and nose.
    • Avoid physically touching others outside one’s own household (no handshaking, hugging, no exchanging of the Peace by touch, etc.). For the Peace, folks will be asked to stay in their designated location.
    • We will have extra masks available and hand sanitizer.
    • There will be Xs marked for lining up at both entrances, as well as outside the restroom. Please leave the fan running in the restroom at all times.

For those who desire the consecrated wine or grape juice, we ask you to please BRING YOUR OWN CUP. The presider will give each person a wafer, and the deacon or associate will pour a sip of consecrated wine or juice in your cup. You can also opt to just receive a blessing, just a wafer, or just wine. Gluten-free wafers will be available.
    • For safety, the presider will speak the Great Thanksgiving at least 6 feet away from the Gifts. He will step up to the Holy Table in silence to break the host (this is to avoid speaking over the host).
